To break the cycle of homelessness, restore identity, and create future leaders—young adults who rise
with hope, purpose, and the tools they need to thrive.​
Our Vision
Empowering Individuals through healing to foster transformation and personal growth.
A significant number of foster youth "age out" of the system each year without adequate support, leading to an increased risk of homelessness, mental health struggles, and difficulty navigating adulthood. Social stressors, lack of resources, and emotional trauma often hinder their ability to thrive independently.

Growing Toward Implementation
Change My Life Foundation is actively building strategic partnerships and infrastructure to launch a supervised transitional living model in South Carolina.
We Serve As A Bridge
Change My Life Foundation is dedicated to ending homelessness among aged-out foster youth by providing transitional & supervised independent living, trauma-informed therapeutic support, and life-enriching resources. We serve as a bridge for young adults transitioning into independence, offering accountability, structure, guidance, mentorship, mental health services, employment readiness, education support, and life skills training. Our purpose is to nurture purpose, restore identity, and equip each individual to build a meaningful future. At the core of our work is the belief that every young person deserves stability, love, and a chance to thrive beyond their circumstances.
